O Sistema de ter um cadastro do Usuário com sua foto para reconhecimento facial.
Se o usuário não tiver cadastro, cadastrar.
Caso já tenha cadastro, validar o reconhecimento com Ok ou algo sinalizando de verde dando acesso.
Reconhecimento através de uma webcam ou através de qualquer outro dispositivo que capture imagem.
O Sistema deve ser possível de rodar em rede local e remoto.
