About this project

Necesito una aplicación de escritorio que su desarrollo sea en java, que incluya formularios y que  la información que contengan dichos formularios se guarden en una base de datos.
Después de toda la información guardada yo pueda generar reportes con diferentes cruses de consulta.

Los reportes los pueda visualizar en PDF , Word  y Excel de  estas tres maneras.
