This is an ongoing project, uses codeigniter, ArcGIS integration. Has MySQL as backend. May also use GIS extensions.

I have a developer working in India and want to add resource from Mexico so that work can happen across two timezones and the project moves faster. I would prefer someone who has atleast 3 yrs experience in codeigniter and can speak and understand english well.
