Necesito poder hacer que un html cumpla con la funcionalidad de ser responsivo.

A su vez quiero utilizar el JTouch 2.5 Mobile para que mis visitas desde un dispositivo mobile visualicen mi web de forma correcta ya que al activarlo y visitarlo con un dispositivo mobile la misma se ve "movida"
