Ruby on Rails developer from Latin America or North America

Hi all,

We are a software development company based in Costa Rica looking for 4 full time developers, this is a long term position, full time, 40 hours per week, flexible schedule but during the day it does not work for us someone who can work only at night. The developer must be able to communicate in English in written and verbal form.

Mandatory for this position:
Ruby on Rails

Desirable but not mandatory:
JavaScript
Angular.js
React.js
Node.js

Ideally you should have all the skills listed above but if is not the case please specify what skills you know and those you don't.
