Salesforce Service Cloud Specialist for Remote 6-Month Project

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Specialist to join our team for a 6-month remote project. This role is ideal for a seasoned Salesforce Administrator with strong expertise in Omni-Channel and a forward-thinking approach to AI tools, particularly Salesforce Einstein. The specialist will be responsible for administering and optimizing Salesforce Service Cloud within large-scale organizations, handling over 1 million records and 100 users. Key responsibilities include configuring Omni-Channel routing, IVRs, assignment rules, flows, and various automation tools. The role also involves leveraging Salesforce Einstein tools such as Service Analytics, AI Voice, chatbots, case classification, and Service Intelligence. Experience with Agentforce Studio (Agent Builder, Prompt Builder) and RAG implementation is highly valued. The specialist will also be tasked with building comprehensive dashboards, reports, documentation, release notes, and in-app guidance. Applying DevOps and Agile best practices, including ci/cd pipelines, is essential. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to design scalable and high-performance solutions will be a core part of the role. Candidates should have 4-6 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience, strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security, and data modeling. Proficiency in soql and familiarity with lwc development are required. Relevant Salesforce Certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, or Agentforce Specialist are highly desirable. Expertise with Flows, validation rules, and automation best practices, along with production-level experience with Salesforce Einstein tools and Agentforce Studio, are crucial. Advanced or fluent conversational English is a must.
