The business challenge is leasing studio offices to salon professionals at a location in the US.  These studios can provide more income for the stylist and independence from a contract position at a salon.  We need to also make other types of businesses aware of the opportunity to lease a suite.  There are medical, health and wellness, estheticians, massage, waxing and tattoo professionals that can benefit from leasing a studio.
