Precisamos un script a donde se suba un archivo Csv.
Ese archivo tiene nombre, email y número de documento.
En un directorio están alojados esos documentos ( son pdf)
El script debe procesar ese csv, enviar un email adjuntando ese archivo pdf y mostrar en una grilla ese envío.

Los emails salen urilizando una api sendgrid ( les damos el token para usarla )
Debe ser php / mysql el desarrollo
