Preciso de um Script em PowerShell para:

1. Fazer Download dos arquivos disponíveis em:
https://sisweb.tesouro.gov.br/apex/f?p=2031:2:0:::::

2. Deve ser configurável para parametrizar o Ano, e fazer download somente dos arquivos do Ano escolhido.


3. Irei Colocar esse arquivo no Agendador do Windows para que seja executado automaticamente, e diariamente execute os downloads.
