La base de datos tiene las siguientes características actualmente: actualización masiva de datos cada 5 segundos, tiene 30 tablas relacionadas entre sí, de las cuales 5 tablas que manejan 5000000 de registros actualmente pero crece entre 700 a 1000 registros nuevos cada dia.
Hay un sistema en php que hace consultas para obtener entre 1000000 de registros de manera muy frecuente de una tabla y unas vistas que se crearon.
Proponer si es conveniente InnoDb o  myisam.
