DESCRIPCIÓN
Tengo mis páginas y aplicaciones en un servidor de Amazon Web Services (AWS). Hace un tiempo se empezaron a infectar las aplicaciones dentro del sitio: wordpress, Moodle y un sistema en CodeIgniter. Por más que borramos las partes infectadas, al tiempo vuelve a infectarse.
Con wordpress actualizamos a la última versión y agregamos los plugins de seguridad y va bien.
El problema que tengo ahora es con mi sistema de admin en CodeIgniter, que al tiempo se vuelve a infectar. Lo que quiero saber es cómo es posible que algo "entre" y modifique mis archivos en el servidor, limpiar los archivos y asegurarnos de que no vuelva a suceder.
