A new machine (Semi-automatic work station) capable to crimp wires of Fuel Pump Harnesses and mapps fls to cover flange according to design specification of armi’s product.
Cover flange is critical component in the Fuel Delivery Module due that it is
responsible of sealing of the vehicle tank and provide interface of external connection
to electrical harness and fuel hoses. Cover Flange has multiple fuel ports that it must
be free of any damage during the harnesses assembly.
Machine concept idea will be needed to consider HMI, camera or sensor detect color and position wires, 2d code reader, light curtains, andon system, emergency stops, reject shute, hf rfid reader and witness mark for good parts.

Contexto Geral do Projeto

Once the project is won, a document is sent with all the detailed specifications of the requirement, 24 hours later a Kick off meeting is scheduled. The first objective is to design a conceptual sketch + a powerpoint presentation. Once accepted, we begin with the detailed industrial design, which will have 2 final reviews (internal review and review with the client) before starting with the engineering plans. English language isn´t required
