We are looking for a SEO Specialist eo enhance our online visibility and drive organic traffic through search engine optimization.

Responsabilities:
*Conduct monthly keyword research focusing on nearshoring and aeroespace/defense industries.
*Optimize website structure and content for target keywords.
*Develop a link-building strategy acquiring 20 high-quality backlinks per month.
*Perform regular technical SEO audits and implement improvements.
*Monitor and report on organic traffic growth aiming for a 10% month-over-month increase.

Requirements:
*Proven experience in SEO, preferably in B2B industries.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
