Server admin web designer Dns

I'm looking for advice on whether or not I should stay Microsoft or go to Linux with the two server okay what I need done  a server admin to fix the DNS up on the domain provider website  and also in cPanel and plesk also I need a website put up that I've bought and fix my cPanel issues and if I'm lucky enough to get the right person to check the windows server and fix what needs to be fixed and also fix cent os get it running better than what it's running even I may ask what's the best thing I should be doing with the server now with the website I bought I'm pretty sure it's a CMS PHP site  it is an adult site I will require some basic colour and wording adjustments also  if you can build little apps to go with this site  I will want 3 websites built for other things in future I want someone who will go above and beyond and I can't give out server passwords and stuff like that it has to be done through team speak or something like it no time wasters please I need just very good help faster the better
