Server Nginx + Capistrano + Unicorn, Ruby on Rails bug de configuração/permissão

Urgente!!!
Relizei o deploy de uma app em ruby on rails, configurei o projeto para deploy com o capistrano e unicorn e está hospedado na DigitalOcean porém ao acessar meu domínio vem o seguinte erro:

connect() to unix:/tmp/[name_app].sock failed (2: No such file or directory) while connecting to upstream, client: [my_IP], server: [My_domain], request: "get / http/1.1", upstream: "http://unix:/tmp/[my_app].sock:/", host: "[my_Domain]"

Porém o arquivo está no local certo mas o erro diz que não.
Preciso de alguém que ajuste esse erro e algum outro que possa surgir na correção desse.
