Buenas noches por no concretar vuelvo a publicar.
Quiero cotizar el desarrollo de un sistema de donaciones parecido al de instanmoney, donde cada donante tenga una cuenta o perfil y desde allí controle su red de donantes, cada donante debe conseguir máximo 6 personas las cuales compartira 3 con su lider.
