Desarrollo de: emisión de comprobante de cobro de alquileres y pago a propietarios, diversos listados (deudores, cobranzas realizadas, entre otros).
Es requisito que sea de plataforma Web, con validación de usuarios, debe tener una plataforma para adminsitradores y para clientes.
Los administradores cargan "sus"cllientes, sus propiedades y sus gastos
Para las propiedades seria importante interacción con Google Maps y la geolocalizacion
Los clientes deben tener acceso a las liquidaciones y opciones de pago electronico
