Preciso criar uma página que simule um cartão respostas de vestibular, nessa página vai ter o número da questão e 4 opções para o aluno marcar ( opção a, b, c e d ).
Quando ele apertar o botão enviar as respostas, o sistema confere com as respostas de um banco de dados e diz quanto ele acertou.
