preciso de 2 demandas:
1- quando clicar em esqueci minha senha, pedir o CPF do colaborador e conferir se o mesmo bate com o e-mail cadastrado.
2- fazer uma senha para o Gestor do RH cadastrar/editar novos funcionários no sistema
