Requiero desarrollar funcionalidades especificas  (jQuery, JavaScript, Ajax, json) para una plataforma que se encuentra en un 60% ya desarrollada (lenguaje base es php usando mysql como base de datos, framework bootstrap). La plataforma es un sistema orientado a la participación ciudadana y es un esfuerzo independente de un particular.
El concepto y diseño general está definido, falta además refinarla mejorando el diseño de la página inicial (presentación inicial) y ajustar la visualización para dispositivos móviles.
