Precisamos de um sistema web, onde eu possa cadastrar todas as informações de um diário oficial. Semelhante ao cadastro de notícia em um site específico. Depois de cadastrado, o sistema deve gerar um pdf no final com uma formatação padrão.
Deve ter áreas de cadastro de título, imagens e texto.
