El sitio debe contener los siguientes módulos:

Administrador
- Administración de usuarios (3 tipo de perfiles)
- Administración de formularios (creación y administración de formularios simples: Grupo Nivel 1, Subrgrupo 1, Subgrupo 2, preguntas, respuestas (Si y No por el momento), botón para anexar documentos (XLS*, DOC*, PDF, JPG, etc) en cada respuesta

Usuario 1
- Responder e consultar os formularios
- Reporte general (gráfico de radar agrupando as respuestas)
- reporte detallado (respuestas para ser exportadas)

Usuario 2
- Consultar os formularios
