The objective is to engage various architects to develop preliminary site plan proposals for the general layout of undeveloped land that composed of 4 land parcels that will be part of a new commercial/retail multi-use interconnected greenfield development.
As phase I of the project, we are seeking layout proposals with design proposals showing the general layout of buildings, parking, green spaces, circulation patterns, and access roads. The site plans should align with the existing site survey and zoning requirements (that we would provide) and consider the functional flow of the site and align with project goals.
As we plan to divide the concepting phase in phases, we will adapt our budget accordingly. Right now, the most primitive need is receiving the basic layout proposals so we can begin to concept and evaluate.
