Skilled Video Editor for Faceless Youtube Channel - Long-Term Collaboration

We are looking for a highly skilled video editor to join us in building a new faceless YouTube channel with a strong focus on storytelling, pacing, and viewer retention.

This is a long-term collaboration opportunity, not a one-off gig. We are seeking someone who wants to grow with the project and help shape a consistent, professional editing style.

Our videos are typically 9 to 16 minutes in length, requiring strong narrative flow, rhythm, and attention to detail.

For every project, we will provide:

A complete script

Professional voice-over audio

Raw video footage

Reference videos that define the exact style, pacing, transitions, on-screen text, sound design, and music direction

Your Responsibilities

Edit raw footage into a clear, engaging narrative structure.

Apply dynamic pacing and clean, purposeful transitions.

Add on-screen text, motion elements, and light graphics where appropriate.

Integrate sound effects and background music to enhance retention without overpowering the narration.

Ensure each 9–16 minute video maintains strong flow and viewer engagement from start to finish.

Match the tone, rhythm, and quality demonstrated in the reference material.

What We’re Looking For

An editor more skilled than we are — someone who brings professional polish, rhythm, and storytelling awareness.

Strong attention to detail and consistency across episodes.

Solid understanding of YouTube editing best practices (retention, hooks, pacing, visual flow).

Experience with faceless, educational, documentary, or narrative-driven content is a strong plus.

Collaboration & Budget

We are currently operating on a startup budget, but our goal is to establish a long-term working relationship with the right editor. As the channel grows, compensation will scale accordingly. We value reliability, communication, and creative input.
