Smart Assistant for Hvac Technicians (Chatgpt + Document Integration)

We are a HVAC  company seeking a developer to create a smart assistant for our field technicians that uses ChatGPT to answer technical questions and generate service reports. We are open to different platforms: Telegram bot, web app, or web-based solution — whichever offers the best user experience and scalability.
What We Need:
We want to build a system that allows our HVAC technicians to:
Ask technical questions in Spanish related to the HVAC units they are servicing
Get accurate responses from ChatGPT, using:
Technical data sheets (PDF)
Maintenance manuals
Preventive maintenance checklists
Historical records (equipment delivery dates, serial numbers, service history)
Upload photos of equipment (for diagnostics or documentation)
Automatically generate a ticket number for each support request
Generate a PDF report with:
ChatGPT responses
Technician input
Uploaded images
Related equipment data
Email the report to system administrators or managers
Platform Preference:
We are open to the best solution, including:

A responsive web page

Language Requirement:
