Necesito la creación de un software web para trabajar con instagram.
La herramienta que quiero crear tiene que tener las siguientes funciones para instagram:

1.- Función de búsqueda de post y perfiles, por localización keyword o hashtags
2.- Solo función de repost tanto de imagenes como videos.
3.- Poder editar el texto del post que se quiere hacer el repost.
4.- Que añada una imagen  a la imagen o vídeo con la imagen de perfil y nombre de usuario del post original que se va a hacer repost(similar a repost app).
5.- Programación de post por día y hora.
6.- Estadísticas detalladas de perfil de instagram como edad y localización de tus seguidores y los seguidores de otros perfiles.
7.- Estadísticas de mejor hora y día para publicar en tu perfil
8.- Zona de miembros con diferentes niveles de membresia por cantidad de cuentas de instagram.
9.- Mecanismo de pago por paypal
