Necesito hacer un sitio de seguimiento y control de flota abocado a la seguridad del manejo de los conductores, se debe visualizar por medio de una web, o app para teñefono, debe tener integracion con una app . Soy tecnico electronico actualmente trabajo prestando un servicio de gps por medio de un proovedor externo y quiero hacer mi propio sistema, no entiendo de programacion pero tengo bien claro lo que mecesito, el proyecto requiere buena predisposicion, se aceptan ideas .
