We need an engineer/draftsman to come up with digital CAD drawings and technical drawings that are accurate in dimensions. Looking for quotations, only certified and professional candidates who can do the job well without any guidance. Please quote price and availability.

Background:
- site is more than 30 years old
- area is about 50,000sqft
- existing drawings are hand-drawn and illegible
- site measurements required so preferably someone local (Singapore)
- site is located in the west of Singapore
- drawings should also reflect designer's ideas and concept as it is going to be used for submission for approval to the Singapore Government(phase 2)

Selection criteria(not in any particular order):
- experience in similar projects
- located in Singapore to do site measurements
- availability to join virtual meetings with stakeholders
- price
