We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer for the comprehensive structural and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design of a new residential house. The property is located in Guyana and has a total area of approximately 4000 square feet. All design documentation and communication must be conducted in English, with measurements provided in feet. The successful freelancer must have proven expertise in using Revit and Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodologies to deliver accurate, coordinated, and efficient designs. The project requires detailed structural calculations, foundation design, framing plans, and complete mep system layouts including plumbing schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and hvac system design.
