Takeoff for timber construction

Typical input: structural analysis of 1-2 family home, with timber roof truss. Document is typically in German. Analysis details timber (timber quality, width/height/length), quantity). Quantities are either given or need to be determined from position plans/further construction plans.

Goal: comprehensive list of all timber, given in plans/document, as standardized Excel list. Turnaround time should be 24 hours (i.e. You return your assessment latest after 24 hours, typical work time per assessment is approx. 1 hour).

This data is then used by our customers to assess these projects in terms of attractiveness and feasibility.

Skills: you should have an understand of timber engineering and structural engineering, to be able to understand the input documents.

We can start the cooperation with individual projects (which roughly take 1 hour earch), and develop our cooperation in to full-time position.
