Talent Manager

Grail Talent is a talent agency that represents social media creators on TikTok. We work with brands and record labels to advertise on TikTok through influencer promotion.

In this role you will be identifying TikTok talent to manage, directly managing talent, and working with our clients to book talent.

TikTok is a huge untapped market for brands, but one that is growing quickly. As an early mover we’ve built up an industry leading reputation on TikTok that gives us the ability to win new business. For the right person this is an opportunity to sell into an untapped market with considerable upside.

We don't like to put people in boxes, but you're likely to be able to demonstrate much of the below:

1. Already very familiar with TikTok and what it’s all about
2. Ready to hustle to get the job done
3.
The hunger to make quick opportunistic wins, and the patience to work long cycles.
4. Prepared to work outside the regular 9-5
5. Ability to work autonomously and drive your own agenda.
6. Passion for, or ambition to change how things are done
Bonus: Experience with social media influencers, sales, marketing agencies
