The Taskers APP is an online marketplace that connects freelance labor with local demand, allowing users to find help for various tasks, including personal assistance, furniture assembly, moving, delivery, and handyman work. We aim to create a seamless, user-friendly platform that enhances convenience and efficiency for both customers and service providers.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Website Developer to design, develop, and maintain a dynamic, responsive, and secure website for The Taskers APP. The ideal candidate should have experience in web development, ui/ux design, and backend system integration to ensure smooth user interactions and robust functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Design & Development: Build a responsive and intuitive website that provides a seamless user experience for both customers and taskers.
    •    Front-End Development: Develop a visually appealing and easy-to-navigate interface using modern web technologies.
    •    Back-End Development: Ensure secure and scalable backend architecture for smooth transactions, real-time updates, and efficient data handling.
    •    User Authentication & Security: Implement secure login/signup processes for users and taskers, along with data encryption and protection measures.
    •    Payment Gateway Integration: Enable secure and smooth payment transactions between users and taskers.
    •    Search & Matching Algorithm: Implement an intelligent search and matching system that connects users with the most suitable taskers based on location, skills, availability, and reviews.
    •    Messaging & Notification System: Develop a real-time chat and notification feature for effective communication between users and taskers.
    •    Performance Optimization: Ensure fast loading times, efficient database queries, and optimal performance for all devices.
    •    Ongoing Maintenance & Updates: Regularly monitor, debug, and enhance the website to keep it up-to-date with industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
    •    Proficiency in Web Development: Strong experience in html, css, javascript (react.js, Vue.js, or Angular), and back-end frameworks (Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails, or Laravel).
    •    Database Management: Experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Firebase, or MongoDB.
    •    API Development & Integration: Ability to integrate third-party APIs (payment gateways, maps, chat systems, etc.).
    •    Security Best Practices: Knowledge of web security principles, data protection, and secure authentication methods.
    •    ui/ux design principles: understanding of responsive and user-friendly design.
    •    Experience with Cloud Hosting & Deployment: Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, or other cloud hosting services.
    •    Version Control & Collaboration: Experience using Git, GitHub, or GitLab for code management and collaboration.
    •    Agile Development: Ability to work in an agile development environment with iterative releases.
