1) On the order total at the right side of the checkout page, I would need 2 fields which is ‘deposit’ and 'cash on delivery' as shown in red words in the screenshot below. The deposit that will be paid online would need to be 30% based off the total amount and cash on delivery would need to be 70% based off the total amount.
2) I have 3 payment methods as shown in the screenshot below, but I would only want 2 payment methods to use split payment, the 2 payment methods are the ones with the black arrows.
I would like the option in the admin backend to choose which payment gateway do I want use this split payment extension with.

3) under bookings summary in the admin backend, i would like an extra column to show the balance amount to be paid
