E que também faça efeitos em neon bem simples com uma caneta digital em certas partes dessas imagens em vetores como também está nas imagens em anexo.

Quero algo barato, pois são 10 imagens, e este trabalho é recorrente, então vamos fechar vários projetos juntos.
