Desarrollar un sitio y sistema backend para el uso de una moneda basada en Etherum.
Se desarrollara en GoLeng preferiblemente o en C#,  con API o Grpc preferiblemente.
La IA debe  valorar tanto la moneda como los bienes y servicios.

La actual crisis Económica desatada por el covid19 hace que dejemos de usar el dinero corriente y tomemos las herramientas actuales como el blockchain y las monedas digitales para hacer intercambios de insumos y servicios para toda la población en general que tenga insumos por ofrecer e intercambiar por productos.
