The ideal candidate will create 45 UGC videos per month with strong hooks, clear storytelling, engaging delivery, and a focus on organic reach. Video formats may include platform reviews, reactions to live events, POV-style videos, storytelling content, screen recordings, trend-based videos, explainers about prediction markets, and "what's happening in the market right now" style content. We are looking for a creator who understands short-form vertical content, knows how to test hooks, speaks naturally and confidently on camera, follows trends, and can turn a complex product into simple, engaging, and viral content. The ideal candidate will have previous experience creating UGC or short-form video content, strong retention-focused video skills, an understanding of viral content mechanics, and a results-driven mindset.
