Ui/Ux Design for Ai-Assisted Skill Creation Flow on Internal Platform

We are seeking an experienced ui/ux designer to develop the functional requirements and user experience for the ai-assisted skill creation flow, the first frontend component of our internal 'brain' platform. The Brain platform is designed to be a company-wide automation hub, integrating data from various sources (HubSpot, Telegram, Google Drive, etc.) Into a connected knowledge base (Context Layer) and allowing employees to build and run AI-powered automations or 'skills' (Execution Layer). While the platform currently has a working backend, including an ingestion pipeline and a proprietary cloud agent, it lacks a frontend interface. This project focuses specifically on designing the complete user journey for creating a new AI skill with the assistance of an agent. The scope includes defining each step of the flow and the content required at each stage, from the initial definition of what the skill should achieve to its final readiness for use. This document outlines the functional requirements and does not cover layout, visual style, or screen-by-screen design, which will be addressed in a later phase using our existing design system. The goal is to create a clear, intuitive, and efficient experience for employees to leverage AI capabilities.
