Uploading Csv Product Feed to Shopify Store

The CSV file contains 164,000 lines of product variants yet i only need a specific amount, let's say around 10,000, likely less, possibly more. There is an app that already exists on Shopify called Stock Sync that allows you to upload any product feed file types (including CSV) to your Shopify site with criteria filters already on the app. The upload process is slightly too technical for me and i am looking for someone to do this process for me.
