We are seeking a talented US-based video creator to produce a dynamic, fast-paced, and energetic 60-second video for our YouTube channel, styled as a YouTube Short. The video must be vertical (9:16 aspect ratio) and recorded in a minimum of 1080p resolution. The primary goal is to feature fragrances from a specific list, encouraging viewers to shop at Ulta Beauty.

Product Requirements:
- The video must feature 3 to 4 products exclusively from the following list: Ariana Grande - Cloud, Ariana Grande - MOD Vanilla, Billie Eilish - Eilish No. 1 (Gold Bottle), Kylie Jenner - Cosmic, Carolina Herrera - Good Girl Blush, Valentino - Vertigo Uomo.
- No other brands or products are permitted to appear in the video.

Filming Location:
- The creator must either own the specified fragrance bottles to film at home or have the availability to film inside a local Ulta Beauty store.

Visual and Audio Rules:
- Product labels and bottles must be clearly visible on camera.
