I am a US non-resident, single member of a Delaware LLC, originally from Brazil. I opened this LLC through Stripe Atlas. The LLC was incorporated on January 2, 2024. I was recently informed that I have an obligation to submit Form 5472 and Pro Forma 1120, which I was not aware of and have not yet filed. I am seeking a qualified cpa to assist me in demonstrating good faith to the irs regarding my lack of awareness of these obligations and to regularize my federal tax situation. Additionally, I need assistance to ensure my LLC's compliance and regularization with the state of Delaware. The ideal freelancer will have expertise in us tax law for non-resident llc owners and delaware state compliance requirements.
