I need to analize and design the UX of my webpage user accounts. Also need to design ui and ux for new features to be added to the user accounts experience.
Help people in the process, revise and propose information architecture in order to reduce the amount of emails I receive from people. Maybe establish a correct terms of use for the service and make it clear for customers.
