Job Summary: Video Editor & Business Partner
I’m looking for a highly skilled video editor—someone who actually knows what they’re doing. But more than that, I need a partner, not just an employee. This is an opportunity to launch a business together.
We’re starting from zero salary, but if you commit and put in the work daily, I guarantee within two months—as we scale—you’ll be making $400-$1,000 per week. This is a full-time grind, not a side hustle.
What I Need from You:
Full-time commitment—this is NOT a gig, it’s a long-term opportunity.
Ability to edit and source content offline to create high-converting ads.
Ability to follow scripts and turn them into 12 ads in 2 days.
Production of 12-24 videos per week max.
A mindset focused on growth, scaling, and building a future together.
