La idea es realizar una Aplicación híbrida con ionic 2, que se integre con la api de google maps para poder visualizar mapas y capas (archivos kml)  desde los dispositivos móviles, con la posibilidad de contar en el mapa con herramientas de movimiento, zoom, guardar trayectorias, ingreso de datos, ubicaciones, entre otras opciones.  La plataforma debe poder instalarse en dispositivos móviles con Android & IOS.
