We are seeking skilled freelancers to create a large dataset of high-quality voice recordings for training our AI-powered customer service models. This project involves role-playing realistic call center conversations based on provided scripts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in pairs (or individually, playing both roles if feasible and agreed upon) to simulate call center agent and client interactions.
- Follow provided scripts covering various scenarios in banking, insurance, and financial services.
- Record conversations ensuring high audio quality, clarity, and minimal background noise.
- Deliver recordings that accurately reflect the script and required conversational flow.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and role-playing skills.
- Ability to produce clear, professional-grade audio recordings.
- Strong attention to detail to adhere to scripts and quality standards.
- Capacity to record a significant volume of conversations.
- Previous experience with voice recording, audio production, or voice acting is a plus.
Deliverables:
- A collection of high-quality voice recordings of scripted call center conversations, delivered in specified audio formats.
