Want to deploy my Web view android app to Google Play store

I have an android app using react native web view and I am looking for a developer or team to successfully submit this to the Google Play Store. Since this is a Google Play account created after November 2023, we need to conduct a closed test with minimum 12 testers. Therefore, you should have 12 team members or friends who can successfully complete this test. Obviously, experience of successfully publishing an app to the Google Play Store with an account created after November 2023 is a must. Please apply with an example of a successfully published app. I would like to chat more specifically with the right person.
