Front-End development of progressive web app (Pwa)

Develop the front-end as described in the following videos:

Requirements:

- Developed in Flutter web 2.x (the end result will be a Progressive Web Application with installable icon, etc as per defined in the Google guidelines at https://web.dev/progressive-web-apps/  https://web.dev/pwa-checklist/ )
- Design must consider both desktop and mobile screens *videos shows wireframes of desktop only, so the developer must consider that the app adapts to mobile screens too.
- 2 color themes: Dark mode and Normal mode.
- Multilanguage ready: Screens will be in Spanish/English for now, but must support special characters, including japanese.

- The front-end must be delivered connected to the backend and working properly (not just a mockup). (Developer will work with the backend developer which will provide the API for connectivity)
- Daily progress updates mentioned in workana chat.

Other:

- Code will be hosted on GitLab (I will provide the repository)
- I will also provide a wireframe file for reference (adobe xd). Some small additions/changes  may be needed in the design/flow as you adapt this for Flutter so please take this into consideration. (At current time we need an additional view to configure the api keys for the backend and a way to choose the language and color theme, and some confirmation dialogs or message popups (yes/no/continue, etc), and a url button for each downloadable file, which is not shown in the wireframe file).

- Payment will be released fully after completion and successfull testing. Please allow reasonable time for this so troubleshooting can be done properly. There will be no partial payments.
All pending issues  must be resolved prior to payment release.
