Background:
I have a web ordering form built on JotForm, where users can order, pay and have our product delivered to their address.
Right now, shipping the shipping fee is a flat rate. I'll be collaborating with Lalamove, a logistics company with APIs to return shipping costs from the origin and destination addresses.

I'll like to integrate the shipping calculation feature to my form to calculate shipping for my users.

Requirements:
- The web ordering form should be able to take in the user's shipping address and return the shipping fee.
- The shipping fee should be calculated from the Lalamove API.
- The shipping fee should be added to the total cost of the purchase.
