La idea es crear un sitio web el cual el usuario se loguee y acceda a una sala de video chat (audio video  y texto en ambas partes) en la cual interactuará con un interprete disponible en ese momento, elegido de una lista.
Deben haber dos logueos o interfaces una para ususarios y otra para interpretes.
Se le cobrara al usuario por tiempo en la sala de videochat.
