Trying to resume the project...
Is gone be based on the cloud.
People will post pictures by Android and iOS to the platform
the platform will process the images by location, time.
An user when access the app will load a timeline with this pictures filtered by newest and distance. If a user by web browser want, he can see the same timeline

I need developers from Recife, so  we can discuss deeper in details what I need.
