Our client is Canopy and event planner company. Their main product is renting their canopy and also other misc. Item for exp: table, chair etc.
They are looking to build a standard operation procedure system that to control their inventory and stock and also keep track of their account at the same time.

In Summary,
• the system will have a inventory page that keep track of all inventory in the warehouse
• an account section to issues invoice and quotation and also keep track of company sales record.
• An operation section to arrange company worker schedule
• a Delivery Order checklist for worker.

2. We will require 4 type of account Admin, Marketing, Operation, Driver.
3. The SOP is designed for each head of department to use.
• Admin can oversee the whole system.
• Marketing can key in new sales and track back previous sales. Made modification if needed.
• Operation can oversee inventory in warehouse and arrange worker and driver delivery schedule
• Account can oversee the whole company sales and expenses. Similar to SQL accounting software if you are familiar.

4. All report are to be in PDF or csv format

We already has the design draft for the project and you just need to build according to our design.
